Stitch cam

Each stitch cam is under control of an independent motor and the knitting program instruction; there are 32 sections for stitch choice with each section of 0-650.

Needle gating system

Needle selectors are all installed on the outer side of the frame head for easy maintenance and replacement.

Color change system

2*8 yarn feeder groups arranged on the left and right sides of 4 double-sided guide rails. The yarn feeders can be freely thrown back on the guide rails; and there are also special applique yarn feeders available for choice. (paid configuration)

Needle bed movement device

The needle bed movement (commonly called needle bed rocking) is under control of an AC servo electronic motor. The range of needle bed movement is set by the program instruction, and the needle bed is instructed to move within the range of respectively 1 inch left and right of the null point.

Frame head driving system

Under control of the AC servo electronic motor, the system drives the synchronizing wheel to actuate the frame head that can turn back at any position according to the program instruction. There are 32 sections for speed choice. The turn of the frame head depends  on the knitting breadth, which is specified in the technological data.

Safe shutdown device

The safe shutdown actions are all completed by inductors in cases like yarn break, yarn knotting, cotton drop, needle break, cotton floatation, back rolling, inappropriate needle bed movement position, impaction, etc. so as to protect the machine.

Data input device

Direct input through a keyboard or a U Disk, and data display through an LED touch screen ；

Yarn feeding device

Two choices available, namely a yarn storage device and an active yarn feeding device
